We are a contractual partner of insurance companies – simply call the phone number on your green/white card, and your insurer will send the nearest partner with appropriate equipment. Depending on the level of your supplementary coverage, the insurer pays for the towing or assistance service and issues an invoice from the towing company for any additional balance.
We recommend that all customers take out full towing and assistance insurance coverage – so that the insurer covers everything.
